Notes, Made Simple!

using our intuitive design and workflow, notes have never been simpler! but just in-case your struggling, here's a rundown of everything you need to know!

Make a Note

it's quite simple, really. just give it a valid name, then viola! the note exists! or if you put the name of a pre-existing note, it loads that! but what is a valid name? a valid name contains only normal Ascii letters and numbers, without any spaces, dashes or slashes! and you can see that name on the window name when editing it!

Zooming In

is the font inside the note area too small? do you use your tablet at 400% font size like your ancestors before you? well thats just as simple as making a note! just hold the "Control" key, the one that usually has the text "CTRL" on it, and scroll your mouse! and if you go too far, you can also scroll back out!

Dark Mode

do you like having eyes? i think we all do! and it's quite simple to keep them at night: just press the switch on the top left of the note management menu! it applies to both that menu and the editor, and looks good doing it!

Passwords

do you not trust others? do you want that extra security of a password? well don't worry, it's as intuitive as everything else! just press the big "Password Protected?" checkbox on the note management menu and pick a number in the area that appears! make sure to remember it! and don't worry about someone overwriting it by trying to open it without the password toggle, as it just makes an unsave-able note with "(TEMP)" next to it's name at the top!

Saving

it's as intuitive as everything else - just close the program! or you can do what the next topic talks about:

Changing Notes

do you not feel content having everything in your mind in the same note? not to fear! just press the "Escape" key on your keyboard to go back to the note management menu!

Deleting Notes

did you make a typo when naming the note? are you embarrassed by your past writings? well in NoteTaker, it is as simple as everything else! just type out the name of the note, if it has a password you have to add that too, and then just click the big "DELETE NOTE" button and confirm on the popup! no capchas, no typing the name again, just simple, straightforward, and efficient!

Closing Comments

this program started as a side-project made at 3 am for another thing i have made called "ItemFinity" because i wanted to have a way for players of that game to keep track of things, but now it's capable of helping everyone! with both Windows and (Untested) Linux as supported OS systems, why wouldn't you use NoteTaker?
